First Level of check:
Check OLT, login and verify if MAC is received, if yes, please lock complain to technical support @+91 11 4379 2000 and ensure that you get ticket generated.
If MAC is not received at OLT device, please check Optical Fiber Power between BTS (MUX) and OLT. If Power is low or high, rectify the OFC joints. In case Power is ok, please lock complain to technical support @ +91 11 4379 2000 and ensure that you get ticket generated.
