India has over 6,000 development blocks, but lacks structured, trusted, and scalable last-mile employment infrastructure. While job platforms focus on Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities, 70% of Bharat’s workforce remains underserved—with high friction in discovery, verification, and placement.

At the heart of it lies a scalable model: One Rozgaar Kendra per development block, operated by trained Lokal Mitrs, enabled by Rozgaar QRs, and governed by a digital platform that ensures trust, quality, and traceability.
